• Coaching Sessions: All sessions are delivered virtually via video conferencing platforms such as Google Meet, whatsapp. Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to the session and any additional instructions.

• Delivery Times: Coaching sessions can be scheduled at mutually agreed-upon times within business hours (from the 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday). However, we understand that our clients are in different time zones, so we offer flexible scheduling.

• Arrival Time: We recommend being ready for your session at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time to ensure a smooth experience
