• Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Refund Policy: Coaching services are non-refundable, except in cases where the service was not delivered due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer a reschedule or credit for a future session.​
