Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Scheduling Your Session All sessions are scheduled through our online booking platform. Sessions are available in your time zone. Ensure to check the time zone before booking. Booking Confirmation Once you’ve chosen your preferred time slot, you will be asked to confirm your booking. Payment must be completed at the time of booking to secure your session. Payment can be made via credit card. Once payment is processed, your session will be confirmed, and a reminder will be sent 24 hours prior to your session. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy I understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellation outside of 24 hours: cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will incur a full charge for the session. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or reschedules can be made through the booking platform, and you will receive confirmation once your changes are processed. No-Show Policy If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, you will be considered a "no-show" and will be charged the full session fee. No refunds or make-up sessions will be offered for no-shows.
