We all lie. That’s a fact. We all want to be something we are not. We dare to lie to ourselves because we know the flaws we carry. The hidden masks and layers that society and cultures plant upon us to be accepted. This denial of flaws slowly turns us into a ruin, which becomes a slow creeping death through ignorance towards our self-knowledge that has not been tested. The time spent alone, when we can’t play any role since we don’t need to and we can’t because we know what we are not. This slowly feeds the monster we have not yet ever met. A monster that feeds from self-rejection, that consumes us hollow. Deep down we know that we could have been something more original, ourselves. We can run from it. The truth will show its only face, standing tall in front of us as we crumble at its feet like ants, as we admit the lies we have been telling ourselves. The truth is relentless as all the masks fall down. The weight of our own denial of who we are drags us to the depths of our own psyche, where we never had access to. To grow and to find ourselves, we sometimes have to break ourselves into pieces so that we can once more gather all the remains and start all over again.

But now from a clear, empty path without any unnecessary load that holds us down from evolving finally into our original self. The one and only, that which nobody can copy. The evil we created through our lies devours us so that we are forced to finally humble ourselves to commit fully to just being. And when we finally find out who we really are, a new level of self-knowledge is shown to us and the structures of our value models and beliefs shatter once again, showing us a glimpse of our identity, something that always was there but which we hid with our lies towards ourselves. If we don’t confront and accept who we are, our denial will be our destruction, but that also is a naturally necessary process of becoming who you really are.

Destruction is necessary.
