Last Saturday, I was knocked out for the first time in my entire life, after 30 years in martial arts. I had always thought it would be mentally crushing, but now I understand there’s a long list of other things involved that I had no idea about before.

During my childhood spent in a variety of sports training and competing in many countries there were many high level trainers who had an excellent approach to many venues and areas of training. Although not one approached the psychological side of the whole topic. Later on after seeing some of my best friends making into fame and money I saw how it affected them, which were basically the same effects that I was dwelling in my criminal life.
