The Key Reason I Maintain an Active Lifestyle

When I struggled with mental and psychological issues which had much to do with irresponsible behavior and selfishness I realized how important was to keep our spirit and body active.
Physical activity was the key to maintain a strong and solid structure for everyday life and its needs. Our body is the temple of our soul and it is very important that these two have a strong connection.
Physical activity has a way to change our state in a blink of an eye when we don’t take it as just a routine or even worse, a punishment for something that we are feeling. There are times when we are unable to change something and situations where we find ourselves. This is where the steady activity with an honest motive and fundamental belief in our own capacity to endure and hold our position no matter where we are or how bad everything seems to be.
I will share more about this topic thoroughly in our future talks and in these blog posts where we can dwell together the deep and meaningful obstacles that we meet during our lifetime. As an example I can tell you that keeping myself physically active in a solitary prison cell I was able to keep my faith always rising during those ten years I spent in the Brazilian maximum security penitentiaries.
